Ms. Pinillos has concentrated exclusively in immigration law and has served as a dedicated advocate for our immigration clients for the last nine years. In additional to handling family and employment-based cases, she represents our clients before the Immigration Courts handling a wide range of litigation matters.
Ms. Pinillos received her Bachelor's in French and Political Science from the University of Michigan. She received her Juris Doctor from American University's Washington College of Law, graduating cum laude in 1999.
As part of her legal education, Ms. Pinillos was a student attorney for the International Human Rights Law Clinic where she handled immigration and human rights cases. During her third year of law school, she clerked at the Washington, DC immigration law firm of Maggio & Kattar, P.C. She was Co-Chair of the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Ms. Pinillos is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
